Returns and Refunds

At Captur3d, we are confident that our products will exceed your expectations. With that said, in the event you want to return, replace your crystal or if your order arrived damaged or defective, you must contact our customer service team within 48 hours at info@captur3d.com in order to receive a Return Authorization number.

Please ensure that this unique number will be clearly visible on your return-shipping label. Products returned without receiving an RA number will be refused and/or sent back to the sender.

Products must be returned to us within 7 days.

A reshipping charge will be applied to all replacements. We cannot refund your return costs. Returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Please provide a brief written statement mentioning the reason for the return and your account details.

Note that all packaging including packing materials and instructions must be included along with a copy of your confirmation/receipt.
