Shipping & Delivery

The prices listed for products do not include shipping. Shipping prices vary according to the destination and shipment type (ground transportation or air freight). Delivery is by ground transportation unless otherwise instructed by the customer in writing. If air freight is required to meet a specific delivery date, please instruct in writing with order placement. Ship date refers to the date the item is available for shipping from Captur3d's facility. We take no responsibility or liability for carrier delays.

Carrier Type:

We ship all courier orders via UPS, or USPS Ground service. Other UPS and USPS services and other carrier services are available upon request through our Customer Service. The customer will bear added pickup charges, plus responsibility for loss, damage and/or the requested carrier's failure to meet their service commitments.

Shipment Tracking:

Soon after your order has been shipped, an email will be sent to you with the carrier's shipment tracking number. You'll be able to check the shipment progress using the carrier's online system.

Damages & Breakage:

We make sure each item is carefully packed before shipping. In the event your order was received broken or damaged, it's imperative to contact our customer service department within 48 hours and attach pictures of the damaged item. All packaging materials such as bubble wrap, loose-fill packing foam, and the original box must be kept for further inquiries.

It's possible we will ask you to send us the broken item for inspection and will credit you for the shipping charges; but you'll need a Return Authorization (RA) number to do that. If we find your item is broken we will replace it with an exact duplicate at no charge including shipping. Changes cannot be made.

Domestic Orders:

We usually ship via UPS Ground, which generally arrives within 2-6 business days after processing your order. Processing time usually takes between 2-3 business days.

Our standard shipping and handling includes insurance.

International Orders:

We offer international orders, but not to all destinations (at least not yet). To check if we ship to your country, send an email to info@captur3d.com and we will let you know. International orders cannot be refunded or returned.

Captur3d is not responsible for custom fees, duties, or taxes.

All international orders ship via USPS for a flat rate of $60.

Parcel Shipments:

To ensure safe delivery by parcel carriers (UPS, USPS and etc.), additional packaging may be requested. Freight is charged on all orders where Captur3d carrier account is used.
