Consequently, if you wish to cancel your order, we need to be notified immediately. Please reach out to us at email@example.com detailing the reasons behind your cancellation request.
Should your order be fully or partially ready at the time we receive your cancellation request, we should be able to proceed with the cancellation. Nonetheless, a 20% customization fee will be deducted from your refund to cater for the work already undertaken.
Our returns policy is active for 30 days. Should 30 days elapse since your purchase, regrettably, we cannot offer an exchange or refund.
To qualify for a return:
- The order needs to be sent back to us within 30 days from the confirmed delivery date.
- Include a brief note explaining the reason for the return, together with your account details.
- The items should be repackaged in their original box.
- This guarantee is extended to all our customers and retailers.
- For custom crystals, a 20% customization fee is applicable.

If an item was designated as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift during purchase, or the gift-giver had the order shipped to themselves to present to you later, we will process the refund to the gift giver, who will be informed about your return.

You will bear the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

For items valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
